John Payne of Springfield, Virginia sent in these photos of an ultra-modular ELF he recently completed. He says that if other COSMAC enthusiasts have questions he'd be happy to help. About his creation, John says “Each chip is on its own board and all the wires are color coded. Yellow for address lines, green for data lines, red is 5 volts, black is ground, etc, etc. All the wires plug into the boards; nothing is hard wired so I can experiment and make changes. The remote handheld control panel is a project box 3" x 8" fitted with a DB-25 pin connector.”
